Believing the Lie Released, Featuring Inspector Thomas Lynley

By Crime Mystery Books on January 2nd, 2012

The new Elizabeth George mystery novel, Believing the Lie, hits bookstores January 10, 2012.

Believing the LieElizabeth George returns with her most recent hardback release with another crime/mystery novel starring Inspector Thomas Lynley.

Fans of Elizabeth George’s previous novels are going to be pleased with this new addition and will certainly want to read Believing the Lie as soon as possible.

I think the biggest draw is George’s ability to write characters that are memorable and crime stories that draw readers in and keep them reading.

It’s easy to be hooked by a character as well-drawn as Lynley. In crime and mystery novel series, the characters are more important than even the strength of the crime story or mystery. Although it takes both to create a truly great mystery novel, the characters are most often what keep us coming back for more. Lynley is one such character, popular with a great many readers and definitely one to follow.

Believing the Lie Summary Description

In Believing the Lie, Inspector Lynley brings his friends Simon and Deborah St. James in to help him investigate the supposed accidental drowning death of a weathly and influential man’s nephew.
